“Meet you in the Middle” Package: Best Value!! Most Popular!!!!

As your Indianapolis Wedding planner and decorator, I will:

  • Complete all task listed for the “Month of” Coordination for the ceremony and reception
  • Design and Provide a master timeline
  • Design and provide a design and decor plan. A separate floral contract would be provided if floral services are included.
  • Include all my Decor Inventory for ceremony and/or reception 
  • This package includes set up and take down of my decor (can also include clients personalized items)

Base Price: $2,375.00

This price includes the use of any decorator items I have in my inventory, with the exception of the photo booth. (Photo Booth is a separate service provided with a discount to package customers) Inquire interest @ consultation.

Terms of Payment:

This is for approximately 10 hours. (More than 10 hours will be negotiated with customer for final price.)

I require a non refundable deposit of $250.00 to hold your date following consultation. 

I require the remaining balance 21 days prior to the wedding date. After the 21 day- out deadline, there is no refund.

Public Venues with very tight schedules will require some additional fees if additional staff is needed to meet time constraints.

Decor includes large selection of glassware, many styles of signage and frames. Along with various table numbers, the inventory spans from footed glassware, compote vases, mercury glass votives, brass candlesticks, sequin linens, lanterns, tall curvy pilsner vases. From urban chic,  to vintage, elegant, or woodland decor, I am sure to meet your needs.

The Wedding Lady specializes in floral design. I offer flower services to my brides using a separate contract and schedule. Most flowers seen in my social media websites are designed by The Wedding Lady.

Month out” Package: For the couple that needs help with the Wedding Days Details (Formerly known as “Day of Coordination” Price: $1,875.00 (time frame: not to exceed 45 days)

• Help select/provide vendors for your wedding.

• Provide a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding task up to and including your wedding day.

• Check in and confirm vendors schedule: a month out, the week of, and the Day of Wedding.

• Design and provide a detailed Master time line for the Wedding Day. This is shared with vendors, bridal party members, and immediate family weeks in advance. This keeps everyone calm, organized, and prevents question overload on the bride and groom.

• Attend (1) meeting at your ceremony site and (2) meetings at your reception site (I must be present at final meeting of reception site)

• Coordinate rehearsal

• Supervise Set up with vendors on the Wedding Day

• Assist with set up & tear down

• Provide a bridal survival kit for bridal party

• Provide water and light snacks for bride and groom pre-ceremony suites

• Assist Groom and Groomsmen with their tuxes (if needed)

• Assist Bride, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids with needs in the bridal suite

• Pin and place flowers on Bridal party and family members

• Line up and send down your wedding party for ceremony

• Clean up Bridal Room and Grooms Room (can transport personal items to reception location if needed)

• Greet guests and assist them to their tables at the reception

• Supervise send off

• Line up your wedding party for the Introductions

• Follow up with your DJ, Announcements and Reception events

• Remain at the Reception and pack all items in the Bridal Box (provided by the Wedding Lady) throughout the night. Items such as the Cake Topper, toasting glasses, Server set, special photos, bridal veil, unity candle, memorial candle and special care for Brides flowers are tended to and packed carefully.

• Provide a small bridal box containing your gift cards and cake for you to enjoy later at your wedding night destination.

• Deliver gifts and bridal box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member’s car that will deliver them to your home at a later time)

• Clean up and transport any items other than gifts from reception to family cars or to my house.

• Always be available via e-mail or phone for questions, concerns and a listening ear….

• Minimum of 3 staff members for the Wedding Day for 10 hours.


"Meet you in the Middle" Package: MOST POPULAR PACKAGE: For the couple that knows they want the “Month out Coordination”, but also want to take advantage of the use of a designer and access to all The Wedding Lady décor inventory and design services.

Price: $2,575.00 (time frame: not to exceed 180 days/6 months)

• Help select/provide vendors for your wedding.

• Provide a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding task up to and including your wedding day.

• Check in and confirm vendors schedule: 3 months out, a month out, the week of, and the Day of Wedding.

• Design and provide a Master time line for the Wedding Day. This is shared with vendors, bridal party members, and immediate family 30 days in advance. This keeps everyone calm, organized, and prevents question overload on the bride and groom.

• Attend (2) meetings at your ceremony site and (2) meetings at your reception site (I must be present at final meeting of reception site)

• Coordinate rehearsal

• Supervise Set up with vendors on the Wedding Day

• Assist with set up & tear down of all decor (especially TWL inventory)

• Provide a bridal survival kit for bridal party

• Provide water and light snacks for bride and groom in pre-ceremony suites

• Assist Groom and Groomsmen with their tuxes (if needed)

• Assist Bride, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids with needs in the bridal suite

• Pin and place flowers on Bridal party and family members

• Line up and send down your wedding party for ceremony

• Bustle brides’ gown

• Clean up Bridal Room and Grooms Room (can transport personal items to reception location if needed)

• Greet guests and assist them to their tables at the ceremony & reception

• Supervise send off (CEREMONY and/or RECEPTION

• Line up your wedding party for the Introductions

• Follow up with your DJ, Announcements and Reception events

• Remain at the Reception and pack all items in the Bridal Box (provided by the Wedding Lady) throughout the night. Items such as the Cake Topper, toasting glasses, Server set, special photos, bridal veil, unity candle, memorial candle and special care for Brides flowers are tended to and packed carefully.

• Provide a small bridal box containing your gift cards and cake for you to enjoy later at your wedding night destination.

• Deliver gifts and bridal box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member’s car that will deliver them to your home at a later time)

• Clean up and transport any items other than gifts from reception to family cars or to my house.

• Always be available via e-mail or phone for questions, concerns and a listening ear….

• Minimum of 4 staff members for the Wedding Day for 10 hours.

DESIGN SERVICES INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE:

• Design and provide a floor plan layout

• Design and provide a printable design board to include centerpiece looks, non-guests table designs, and color story.

• Include access/use of any wedding decor inventory needed and decided upon during a dedicated design/decor meeting

• Design all signage needed for wedding design. Examples: Welcome sign, Ceremony information signs, signage for: memorial table, bar, dessert table, family photos, guest sign in table. This includes a large selection of frames, wooden plaques, and mirrors for the signage.

• Set up and tear down of all decor (The Wedding Lady & clients)

Decor selection includes several selections of table numbers, mercury gold votives, mercury silver votives, glass knobbed votives, footed cylinders, round cylinders, silver lanterns, gold lanterns, compotes, endless gold and silver frames, endless candle holders, sequin tablecloths in gold and silver for non-guests tables, several cake plate server sets & champagne glass sets, various sizes and colors of stands, 40 flicker led candles in various sizes and endless shapes and sizes of vases. This is just a glimpse into the inventory available. Inventory design ranges from urban chic, to vintage, woodland, to traditional elegance.

I offer flower services using a separate contract. This is to your advantage as we are able to re-purpose flowers in many ways from ceremony to reception. We also include an exit table that allows us to divide up the flowers within your event, wrap in tissue and present to your guests as the leave for the evening.


Ultimate Package: For the couple that will benefit from my full-time attention and prefers to start a year to 6 months out. This package automatically includes access to inventory and design services if client has interest in those services. Price: $3,495.00 (time frame: not to exceed 1 year)

• Help select vendors for your wedding. (Besides personal experiences with vendors, I belong to several wedding networks that allow me to help you select the best in the business for your Wedding.)

• Provide a Checklist of monthly, weekly, and daily wedding task to complete as you get closer to your wedding day.

• Include full access and use of my entire wedding decor inventory for your ceremony and reception. (An inventory portfolio is provided at initial consultation for viewing. (Use of items is free of charge and included in package price.)

• Include the labor required to set up and take down all decor items included in my decor inventory.

• Check in and confirm vendors several months & weeks in advance, and on Day of Wedding.

• Design and provide a Master time line for the Wedding Day. This is essential for organization, especially for the day of the wedding. Once approved by the bride, the schedule will be shared with vendors. I will provide copies to any family and bridal party members 30 days in advance. This keeps everyone calm, organized, and prevents question overload on the bride and groom.

• Attend (2) meetings at your ceremony site and (2) meetings at your reception site (I must be present at final meeting of reception site)

• Hold (2) Meetings to discuss and see your ceremony and reception decorations based upon your requests (Usually done after 1st visit to both sites)

• Hold (2) meetings designated for timeline development and wedding details

• Hold (1) meeting for drop off of items and final meeting

• Attend (1) meeting of at client’s request & choice (dress selection, cake selection, menu selection)

• Communicate with Client, vendors, and venue to create a detailed time line for the ceremony (completed prior to program production)

• Communicate with Client, vendors, and venue to create a detailed time line for the reception (completed prior to program production)

• Supervise Set up with vendors and confirm time of their arrival a few weeks and days prior to wedding and on the Wedding Day

• Deliver your personal items, programs, and all decor items for the ceremony and reception to sites at appropriate times.

• Coordinate rehearsal

• Provide a bridal survival kit for the ceremony preparations, reception activities, and a courtesy basket in ladies restroom for reception

• Provide water and light snacks for bride and groom suites

• Assist Groom and Groomsmen with their tuxes if needed

• Assist Bride, MOB, MOG, and bridesmaids with needs in the bridal suite

• Pin and place flowers on Bridal party and family members

• Line up and send down your wedding party for ceremony

• Clean up Bridal Room and Grooms Room (can transport personal items to reception location if needed)

• Remove decorations and clean up ceremony, pack and deliver any items to reception

• Supervise send off at ceremony site

• Bustle brides grown prior to leaving church or ceremony site, but after photos

• Transport decoration items from church or ceremony site to reception site or to my house and hold for 2 days.

(a person must be appointed to pick up items within a 2-day period unless other arrangements have been made prior to wedding day)

• Decorate reception space (place cards, guests table, gift table, cake table)

• Meet and direct cake vendor if needed (also add decorations to cake table if part of TWL inventory)

• Greet guests and assist them to their tables at the reception

• Line up your wedding party for the Introductions

• Follow up with your DJ, Announcements and Introductions

• Remain at the Reception and pack all items in the Bridal Box (provided by the Wedding Lady) throughout the night. Items such as the Cake Topper, toasting glasses, Server set, special photos, bridal veil, unity candle, memorial candle and special care for Brides flowers are tended to and packed carefully.

• Provide a small bridal box containing your gift cards and cake for you and your Groom to enjoy later at your wedding night destination.

• Deliver gifts and gift card box to location requested by Bride (Usually a close family member’s car that will deliver them to your home or parent’s home.)

• Clean up and transport any items other than gifts from reception to family cars or to my house.

• Includes all Design extras from the Middle Package listed above

• Always be available via e-mail or phone for questions, concerns and a listening ear….

• Minimum of 5 staff members for the day of wedding for 10 hours


Exclusive Decor Package:

We do provide design packages without planning or coordination. Most clients see the benefit in service and cost and choose to include planning services even if decor was their initial interest. However, we do provide a decor only package that starts at $1,500.00 This allows access to use of any of our inventory that includes our labor for set up & tear down.

Flower services: Our Flower services are in high demand for the past 8 years. A recent addition of a home flower studio has allowed us to grow in this area. Flower services are so diverse with every client, and therefore so are the prices. After a free consultation including discussion on flower design preferences allows me to write up a contract proposal sent via email. The proposal can be revised 3 times before a change fee is involved. Once the proposal becomes a signed contract, a 10% deposit of the total is required to secure your commitment and date, unless you have signed with us in the planning/decor package in which the deposit is waived on the flower contract.

How to Secure a package:

A free 1-hour consultation is included in all packages. You may need to meet with me before deciding on the package that fits you best. However, you may know your package choice in advance and that’s a great step forward too! Either way, the process to secure your date is to meet with me in person, sign the contract submitted, and provide a $250.00 deposit. We then establish dates to include your personalized plan of action. These packages are not set in stone..they are flexible to fit your personal needs…so feel free to ask at out consultation about a la cart options.
